摘要
唐朝越界行盐现象是在实施榷盐制及规定食盐销界的基础上出现的。本文从朝廷对越界行盐的惩罚及其政策的调整这两个侧面出发反观越界行盐现象,进一步论证了越界行盐现象逐渐严重的过程,并以此为基础,分析了导致越界行盐现象逐渐严重的现实因素,不仅在于贩卖私盐所带来的巨大利润,根本还在于国家威信的下降及其对地方控制力的丧失。
The phenomenon of cross-border salt sale in the Tang Dynasty emerged on the basis of the salt production system implementation and the regulation of salt marketing area.This paper explores the phenomenon of cross-border salt sale from two points of the imperial court’s punishment and the policy adjustment,and further demonstrates that such phenomenon was increasingly serious.On this basis,it shows that the factors that lead to the increasingly severe situation of cross-border salt sales was not only the huge profits brought about by private salt sales,but also the root causes of the decline in national prestige and the loss of control over local areas.
