The New Development of American Teachers’ Educational Informatization Policy:The Review of “Advancing Educational Technology in Teacher Preparation” by the Federal Government

摘要 《推进教育技术在教师培养中的应用》是美国联邦政府历史首次针对教师教育领域颁布的专项教育信息化改革文件。它是在不断走向信息化的社会背景下,美国教师教育在信息化方向上的愿景、指导原则和行动建议的总汇,并体现出三个特点:建立开放、灵活的政策实施生态环境;发挥教师教育者在教育信息化中的作用;凸显证据为基础的绩效评价理念。 “Advancing Educational Technology in Teacher Preparation”is the first important policy report issued by the federal government on teacher education informatization reform.It is the general exchange of the vision,guiding principle and action proposal of American teacher education in the social direction of informatization.It embodies three characteristics:establishing an open and flexible policy implementation environment;playing the role of teacher educators in education informatization;highlighting evidence-based performance evaluation concept.
