OMOM磁控胶囊胃镜的临床应用研究

为探讨OMOM磁控胶囊胃镜系统对胃的诊断价值,文章回顾性分析了2010年04月—2019年06月在合肥阳光消化病医院消化内科进行OMOM磁控胶囊胃镜及胃镜检查的98例患者的临床资料,检查完毕后,记录胶囊内镜对消化系统如食道、胃检查中的病变检出率及所发现病灶的类型,比较磁控胶囊胃镜与胃镜检查的一致性。结果显示:98例患者共发现病变71例,磁控胶囊胃镜与胃镜检查结果的符合率为72.5%(71/98),磁控胶囊胃镜对于食管病变的检查符合率为47.7%(21/44),胃部病变的检查符合率为92.6%(50/54)。由此可知,OMOM磁控胶囊胃镜检查安全、有效,患者检测依从性高,有助于提高对胃部疾病的诊断率。

In order to investigate the diagnostic value of OMOM magnetron capsule gastroscopy system in stomach,the clinical data of 98 patients who underwent OMOM magnetron capsule gastroscopy and gastroscopy in the Department of Digestive Medicine of Hefei YangGuang Digestive Disease Hospital from April 2010 to June 2019 were analyzed retrospectively,after the examination,the detection rate and types of lesions in digestive system such as esophagus and stomach were recorded.The consistency between magnetron capsule gastroscopy and gastroscopy was compared.The results showed that 71 cases of lesions were found in 98 patients.The coincidence rate between magnetron capsule gastroscopy and gastroscopy was 72.5%(71/98),the coincidence rate of magnetron capsule gastroscopy for esophageal lesions was 47.7%(21≤44),and that of gastric lesions was 92.6%(50≤54).It can be seen that OMOM magnetron capsule gastroscopy is safe,effective and patient compliance is high,which is helpful to improve the diagnosis rate of gastric diseases.
