血清HE4与miRNA-21在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨人附睾蛋白4(HE4)和微小RNA-21(miRNA-21)在上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)中的表达变化及相关性研究。方法选取80例初诊EOC患者(试验组)、40例良性卵巢肿瘤患者(良性组)和30例体检健康者(对照组)作为研究对象,采集静脉血进行血清HE4和miRNA-21水平检测,进行各组间血清HE4和miRNA-21表达的比较,分析EOC患者血清HE4和miRNA-21与临床病理特征的关系,采用Pearson分析研究血清HE4和miRNA-21间的相关性。结果试验组血清HE4水平和miRNA-21相对表达量明显高于良性组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、浆液型和有淋巴结转移患者血清HE4水平和miRNA-21相对表达量显著高于临床0~Ⅱ期、黏液型和无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05)。Pearson分析发现血清HE4和miRNA-21间呈正相关性,r值为0.264,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清HE4和miRNA-21的高表达与EOC的发生发展密切相关,且二者间存在正相关性,可作为EOC诊断、转移和预后的生物学指标。
