瑞舒伐他汀对原发性高血压合并高血脂患者氧化应激及内皮功能指标的影响 被引量:9

Changes of oxidative stress and endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension and hyperlipemia under the intervention of rosuvastatin

摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压合并高血脂患者经瑞舒伐他汀干预后,氧化应激和内皮功能指标的变化情况。方法将2016年2月至2017年2月于该院门诊治疗的98例原发性高血压合并高血脂患者纳入本研究,随机分为观察组49例和对照组49例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上口服瑞舒伐他汀钙片。比较两组患者治疗前后血压、血脂、氧化应激及内皮功能指标的变化情况,并进行安全性评价。结果治疗12周后,观察组治疗后收缩压和舒张压显著低于对照组t分别为5.520、5.987,均P<0.05);观察组治疗后总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和三酰甘油(t分别为1.717、4.062、4.678,均P<0.05)明显低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著高于对照组(t=3.393,P<0.05);观察组治疗后氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶明显高于对照组(t分别为1.735、1.712,均P<0.05),丙二醛和8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸显著低于对照组(t分别为1.758、2.177,均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后内皮素显著低于对照组(t=7.094,P<0.05),一氧化氮明显高于对照组(t=9.819,P<0.05);治疗期间观察组仅出现2例头晕,未发生严重不良事件。结论瑞舒伐他汀能够有效抑制原发性高血压合并高血脂患者氧化应激,改善内皮功能指标,使用安全性高,值得临床加以推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on oxidative stress and endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension and hyperlipemia.Methods A total of 98 patients with essential hypertension and hyperlipemia who were treated in hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected.Patients were divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases).The patients of control group were treated with routine medical treatment.Based on the control group,the patients of observation group were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets.The levels of blood pressure,blood lipids,oxidative stress,endothelial function indicators,and safety evaluation results were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=5.520,5.987,P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol and triacylglycerol in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=1.717,4.062,4.678,P<0.05),and the level of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(t=3.393,P<0.05)in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group.The levels of the superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=1.735,1.712,P<0.05),and the levels of malondialdehyde and 8-hydroxyxy-guanin were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=1.758,2.177,P<0.05).The level of endothelin in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=7.094,P<0.05).The level of nitric oxide in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=9.819,P<0.05).During the treatment period,only 2 cases of dizziness occurred in the observation group,and no other serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion Rosuvastatin can effectively inhibit oxidative stress and improve endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension and hyperlipemia.Rosuvastatin is safe to use and worthy of clinical promotion.
