摘要
实验教学是提高学生综合实践能力、培养学生科学探究精神、塑造学生创新思维的有效途径之一。分析了生物化学实验教学方法中存在的实验讲授灌输多、实验准备包办多、实验方法指导少、教学新技术引入少、实验考核评价方法少等问题,针对性地进行问题教学法、对比教学法、设计性实验教学法、“微课-翻转课堂”教学法、实验考核体系等改革尝试,以培养学生科研探究能力和创新实践能力。
Laboratory teaching is one of the effective methods to improve students' comprehensive practice ability and cultivate students' scientific inquiry spirit and innovative thinking. In this paper, the problems existing in biochemistry laboratory teaching methods are analyzed, such as inculcation of laboratory knowledge instead of practice and on-site instructions, outsourcing of experiment preparation works, lack of new teaching technologies and evaluation method of experimental results. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward a series of teaching methods and an experiment evaluation system, including problem-based teaching, contrastive teaching, teaching of laboratory design,"Micro and Flipped Classroom" teaching, so as try to reform the current biochemistry laboratory teaching methods and improve students' abilities of scientific research and innovative practice.
