摘要 目的:建立铁苋菜饮片的质量标准。方法:通过显微特征、薄层色谱、水分、灰分、浸出物和含量测定等项目,对铁苋菜饮片的质量进行考察。结果:显微特征明显;薄层色谱斑点清晰;没食子酸在4.11~205.50 μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。结论:本研究为完善铁苋菜饮片的质量标准提供了参考。 Objective:To establish the quality standard of Acalypha australis.Methods:Identification through microscope and TLC,and determination of moisture,total ash,extracts and gallic acid content were conducted to investigate the quality.Results:Microscopic features were obvious and TLC spots were clear for identification.Gallic acid showed a good linearity at 4.11-205.50 μg·mL^-1.Conclusion:The current study provides scientific basis for improving the quality standard of Acalypha australis.
