摘要
通过田间试验研究了昆明禄劝烤烟主产区土壤质地与烤烟质量之间的关系,结果表明,土壤质地赋值在0.62~4.20范围内,与烤后烟蛋白质、烟碱、叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素含量呈显著正相关,其中,蛋白质含量呈先降后升趋势,1.14时达到最低值;与糖碱比、化学成分总赋分、类西柏烷类、新植二烯外总计、香气质得分、杂气得分、评吸总分呈显著负相关,其中,化学成分总赋分、类西柏烷类、新植二烯外总计、香气质得分、杂气得分、评吸总分均呈先升后降趋势,分别为0.81、0.98、1.56、1.45、1.74、1.38时,达到最大值,因此,土壤质地处于砂壤-中壤范围内内在成分、评吸质量相对较好,质地偏轻、偏重对烟叶化学成分、色素降解、中性致香成分以及评吸质量不利。
The relationship between soil texture and quality of flue-cured tobacco was studied major flue-cured tobacco producing areas of Kunming luquan though field test.The result showed that soil texture assignment was in the range of 0.62~4.20,and there was a significantly positive correlation among the soil texture,roast tobacco protein,nicotine,chlorophyll a,carotenoids.Among them,the protein content decreased first and then increased,which minimized in 1.14.Compared with sugar and alkali,chemical composition total assignment,products degraded from cembratriendiol,total amount for new phytadiene,the score of aroma quality,the score of offensive odor and smoking total score were significantly negatively correlated with soil texture,and all showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.They reached their maximum in 0.81,0.98,1.56,1.45,1.74,1.38.Therefore,the smoking quality of soil texture was relatively superior when the internal components were in the loamy soil,but light or heavy partial texture were unfavorable to chemical components in flue-cured tobacco,pigment degradation,neutral aroma components,and smoking quality.
