摘要
分析某种基于浮选工艺的自动加药系统的工作原理、组成结构以及功能特点,研究该系统在有色矿山选矿厂的实践应用。为解决加药系统的精准性,设计自动加药系统并应用。使用证明:流量精度良好,平均相对误差在2%以内;2018年黄药和硫化钠的平均药剂单耗同比2017年分别降低0.13kg/t和0.15kg/t;2018年铜精矿品位和实际回收率同比2017年分别上升0.98个百分点和0.39个百分点;年均节约药剂成本69.025万元,投资回报期约为3.5个月。对选矿生产过程技术管理、工艺指标提升、药剂消耗降低、工人劳动强度减轻等方面起到了良好的效果。
The working principle,composed structure and functional characteristics of a flotation process based automatic dosing system are analyzed,and the practical applications of the system in the nonferrous mine concentrator is discussed.To solve the accuracy of such a dosing system,the automatic dosing system is designed and applied.The application shows that:the flow accuracy is good,and the average relative error is less than 2%;the average dosing unit consumption of xanthate and sodium sulfide in 2018 is 0.13 kg/t and 0.15 kg/t lower than that in 2017,respectively;the grade of copper concentrate and the actual recovery rate in 2018 are 0.98 percentage points and 0.39 percentage points higher than that in 2017,respectively;the average annual saving cost is 690 250 million RMB and the return period is about 3.5 months.It has played a good effect on the technological management of mineral processing process,the improvement of process index,the reduction of dosing consumption and the reduction of labor intensity of workers.
