摘要
基于FLUENT软件,选用k-ε湍流模型封闭时均方程,针对使用异径三通与异径接头连接的不同管径,采用数值模拟方法研究管道内的流体流动特性。研究表明,流体在流经异径三通时会产生强烈的回旋涡流,且异径三通所引起的压力损失大于渐缩管异径接头所引起的压力损失;随着入口流量的增加,流经异径三通与异径接头的出口流量占入口总流量的比例基本保持在0.82,表明入口流量不是影响管道流量分配的主要因素。
The FLUENT software and the k-ε turbulence model closed time-averaged equation is selected to numerically simulate the fluid flow characteristics in different diameter pipes connected with nondiameter tee and non-diameter joint.The results show that the strong swirl flow occurs when the fluid flows through the non-diameter tee,and the pressure loss caused by the non-diameter tee is greater than that caused by the gradual-shrinkage non-diameter joint.With the increase of the inlet flow rate,the ratio of the outlet flow through the non-diameter tee and the non-diameter joint to the total inlet flow rate basically remains at 0.82,indicating that the inlet flow rate is not the main factor affecting the distribution of pipeline flow.
