摘要
目的摸索出适合医学生早期接触临床的实践课程,为进一步深化教学改革,提高高层次医学人才教学质量提供参考。方法选取82名2017级八年制医学生作为研究对象,在大一下学期至大二上学期开展早期接触临床教学活动,并对他们早期接触临床的课程效果展开问卷调查。结果82名学生中绝大多数对早期接触临床的教学形式表示肯定,且认为收获较大。结论对入校新生开展医学生早期接触临床见习活动顺应了医学生从高中生到大学生的角色转换,有较好的职业引导作用。
Objective To explore the practical course of early clinical contact for medical students, to provide reference for further teaching reform and to improve teaching quality of high-level medical talents. Methods 82 eight-year program medical students, enrolled in 2017, were selected to carry out the teaching activities in their spare time (from the second semester of the first year to the first semester of the second year), and a questionnaire survey about the effectiveness of the course was conducted. Results Most of the 82 students were in favor of the teaching form in this course, and the results were significant. Conclusion Early clinical contact for medical students as freshmen conforms to the role transition of medical students from high school students to college students, and it serves as good career guidance.
