摘要
免疫系统是机体为了抵御外界病原入侵所形成的一套由多种免疫器官和细胞组成的防御系统。免疫系统的稳态平衡对于机体维持自身结构和功能尤为重要。近年来,多篇文章报道,具有调控器官大小和肿瘤抑制功能的信号通路--Hippo信号通路在免疫系统中也发挥着重要的调控功能。Hippo信号通路核心激酶Mst1功能缺失的患者临床表现为免疫功能缺陷综合征,易发多种病原感染和自身免疫性疾病,与Mst1敲除小鼠的表型非常相似。研究表明非经典Hippo信号通路在先天性免疫系统和获得性免疫系统中分别通过不同的机制来行使其独特的调节功能。本文将重点阐述Hippo信号通路在天然免疫细胞抗感染、氧化还原稳态调控、DC细胞代谢稳态调控、T细胞分化发育及B细胞功能等方面的研究进展。
The immune system is a defense system comprised of many types of organs and cells for protecting against the invasion of pathogens or other non-self substances.The immune homeostasis is crucial for maintaining the structures and functions of the organism.Recently,numerous studies have shown that Hippo signaling acts as an important modulator in the immune system.Human patients bearing the loss-of-function mutation of Mst1,the core kinase of the Hippo pathway,or Mst1 knock out mice develop primary immune deficiency syndrome.More and more studies have revealed that the non-canonical Hippo signaling pathway modulates either innate or adaptive immunity with distinctive mechanisms.In this review,we will focus on the recent research progress of Hippo signaling in modulating anti-pathogenic activity,redox homeostasis regulation and metabolic modulation mechanism of innate immune cells,as well as T cell differentiation and B cell maturation of the adaptive immune system.
