摘要
目的:分析中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值(NLR)及血小板-淋巴细胞比值(PLR)与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)疾病活动度的相关性。方法:收集湖南省人民医院121例SLE患者与100例健康体检者的临床资料及实验室检查数据,根据SLEDAI评分将SLE患者分为活动组与缓解组,分析NLR、PLR与SLE疾病活动度的相关性。结果: SLE患者NLR和 PLR分别为4.78(2.82~7.80)和197.56(137.27~285.52),对照组NLR和 PLR分别为1.75(1.51~2.11)和113.84(98.65~131.11);SLE患者NLR和 PLR较对照组显著升高,差异均有统计学意义( P <0.001);活动组的NLR和 PLR分别为5.99(3.49~10.47)和206.81(151.33~333.47),缓解组的NLR和 PLR分别为4.02(2.16~5.37)和182.09(115.00~247.14);活动组NLR、PLR与缓解组相比显著升高,差异均有统计学意义( P <0.05);SLEDAI评分与NLR、PLR呈正相关( r =0.372、0.232, P <0.05)。结论: NLR、PLR可作为SLE疾病活动度的评价指标。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) with disease activity of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods: The clinical data and laboratory data of 121 SLE patients and 100 healthy controls were collected from Human Provincial Peoples′ Hospital in Changsha.SLE patients were divided into the active group and the remission group according to SLEDAI scores.The correlation between NLR,PLR and SLE activity were analyzed by Spear-man correlation analysis. Results: NLR and PLR in patients with SLE were 4.78 (2.82-7.80) and 197.56 (137.27-285.52),and NLR and PLR in the control group were 1.75 (1.51-2.11) and 113.84 (98.65-131.11),respectively.NLR and PLR in SLE patients were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.001).The NLR and PLR of the active group were 5.99 (3.49-10.47) and 206.81 (151.33-333.47),and NLR and PLR were 4.02 (2.16-5.37) and 182.09 (115.00-247.14) in the remission group,respectively.NLR and PLR in the active group were significantly higher than those in the remission group,with differences statistically significant( P <0.05),SLEDAI scores were positively correlated with NLR and PLR ( r =0.372,0.232, P <0.05). Conclusion: NLR and PLR can be used as indicators for disease activity of SLE.
