摘要
长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)是继微小核糖核酸(MicroRNAs)后又一类具有调控功能的非编码RNA,由大于200个核苷酸组成。LncRNA有高度多样化的功能和结构、小的操作阅读框架(SORFs),它既对细胞分化、细胞凋亡以及多种疾病(如炎症、肿瘤)有重要作用,也对DNA的合成、转录和翻译有一定的调控作用。LncRNA在调节免疫功能和自身免疫方面起到了关键性作用。目前发现LncRNA与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE),类风湿性关节炎(RA)等自身免疫性疾病相关。本文将对LncRNA在SLE和RA中的作用作一综述。
Long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)is another type of non-coding RNA that has a regulatory function following microRNAs(miRNAs) and consists of more than 200 nucleotides.LncRNA has a highly diverse function and structure,Small operating reading frame(SORFS),which plays an important role in cell differentiation,apoptosis and various diseases(such as inflammation,tumor),and also on DNA.The synthesis,transcription and translation have certain regulatory effects.LncRNA plays a key role in regulating immune function and autoimmunity.LncRNA has recently been found to be associated with autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and so on.This article will summarize the role of LncRNA in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis(RA).
