摘要
近视患病率近年来逐年上升,已成为影响青少年视力健康的主要问题。研究表明,眼球后极部巩膜重塑是近视发展和眼轴进行性延长过程的关键事件。其中,基质金属蛋白酶、生长因子、视黄酸等相关因子在近视性巩膜重塑过程中发挥了重要作用。本文就影响近视巩膜基质重塑的相关因子及其在近视发展过程中的作用进行综述,为近视防控与治疗提供新的思路。
Myopia has emerged as a major public health concern for impairing visions of children with highly increasing prevalence in recent years.It has shown that scleral remodeling for the posterior pole is a key event for the development of myopia and progressive elongation of axial length.In addition,cytokines including matrix metalloproteinases,growth factors,retinoic acid,etc,are found to play an important role in the process of myopic scleral remodeling.This review is to provide a broad overview of recent advances in understanding the role of cytokines related to scleral remodeling in the progress of myopia,which may shed more light on the prevention and treatment of myopia.
