摘要
为探究富硒蛹虫草食用安全性,本文以硒含量为82mg/kg的蛹虫草为实验组,通过对小白鼠的急性毒理学实验实施安全性评价。本研究采用一日给予最大剂量,即人体推荐日服用量的100倍浓度经口灌胃。结果表明:对照组与空白组无显著性差异(p>0.05),说明对照组蛹虫草对小鼠不产生毒性副作用。实验组小鼠出现了明显的毒性副作用,体重、饮食及饮水量均下降,与空白组存在显著性差异(p<0.05),且出现死亡现象。肝脏脏器指数、ALT活力与空白组存在显著性差异(p<0.05),说明实验组的蛹虫草对小鼠肝脏有较大的影响和毒性作用。
In order to explore the edible safety of cordyceps militaris rich in selenium, this paper took cordyceps militaris with selenium content of 82 mg/kg as the experimental group, and evaluated the safety of acute toxicology experiment on mice. The maximum daily dose, 100 times the recommended daily dose for human body, was administered orally in this study. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the control group and the blank group ( p>0.05), indicating that cordyceps militaris had no toxic side effects on mice in the control group. The mice in the experimental group showed significant toxic side effects, and their weight, diet and water intake decreased, which was significantly different from the control group ( p < 0.05), and death occurred. There were significant differences in liver organ index and ALT activity between the experimental group and the blank group ( p<0.05), indicating that cordyceps militaris in the experimental group had significant effects and toxic effects on mouse liver.
