摘要
综述了2-(2-吡啶基)苯并噻唑金属锰、锌、钴的配合物的合成,并研究了这三种金属配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的互相作用方式,分别用紫外光谱与荧光光谱来判断二者的结合模式。实验表明,金属锰、锌、钴配合物都能与DNA结合,并能导致DNA双螺旋结构的破坏,推测这三种金属配合物同样可以通过这种方式与癌细胞进行结合,希望本研究可以为开发新型的抗癌药物,提供一定的理论基础。
Mn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ)andZn(Ⅱ) compounds based on 2-(2-pyridly) benzothiazole and terephthalic acid were synthesized,and researched the interaction between the three metal complexes and calf thymus DNA.Ultraviolet(UV) spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to characterize the interaction of the compounds.These metal complexes can bind to DNA, and can effective break DNA fragmentation.Wespeculate that, these three compounds may interact with the cancer cell DNA in these binding mode,thereby damaging the cancer cells. It is hope that our research can provide a theoretical basis for the development of new anticancer drugs.
