摘要
本研究以二苯甲酮为模板底物,通过肟化反应制备二苯甲酮肟,以PPA、H3PO4-AC2O作催化剂,在不同温度、不同催化剂用量下进行Beckmann重排反应,得到最佳条件为:H3PO4-AC2O体积比1∶2,H3PO4-AC2O和二苯甲酮肟的比例为20mL/g,反应温度为105℃,反应时间为25min时,产率为92%。在此最佳条件下,研究苯乙酮肟、对硝基苯乙酮肟、对甲基苯乙酮肟的重排反应。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱及熔点等手段对肟和酰胺进行表征。
Thisstudy with diphenyl ketone substrate for template, through oximation reaction preparation of diphenyl ketone oxime, PPA, H3PO4-AC2O as catalyst, under the different temperature, dosage of catalyst, Beckmann rearrangement reaction, the best conditions for: H3PO4-AC2O volume ratio 1 ∶ 2, H3PO4-AC2O and diphenyl ketone oxime ratio of 20 mL/g, the reaction temperature is 105 ℃, the reaction time of 25 min, the yield of 92%.The rearrangement of phenylacetoneoxime, p-nitroacetoneoxime and p-methylacetoneoxime was studied under the optimal conditions.Theoxime and amide were characterized by IR, NMR hydrogen, carbon and melting point.
