摘要
本文选择医院接受治疗的50例原发性肝癌患者和50例健康体检人员,均利用化学发光免疫法检测肿瘤生物标志物并进行对比。其中,以50例原发性肝癌患者作为观察组,以50例健康体检人员为对照组,来对比两组的糖类抗原199、甲胎蛋白、糖类抗原125、癌胚抗原、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶等检测指标及阳性检出率的情况。试验结果表明,观察组的糖类抗原199、甲胎蛋白、糖类抗原125、癌胚抗原及γ-谷氨酰转肽酶的阳性检出率分别为64.0%、68.0%、50.0%、82.0%及72.0%,而对照组仅甲胎蛋白检测出了3例阳性,即检出率为6.0%,其余指标均为0.0%,说明利用化学发光免疫法在肿瘤生物标志物中的检测具有显著的应用效果。
In this paper, 50 patients with primary liver cancer and 50 healthy controls were selected to detect tumor biomarkers by chemiluminescence immunoassay. Among them, 50 patients with primary liver cancer were used as observation group and 50 healthy persons as control group. The detection indexes and positive rate of carbohydrate antigen 199, alpha-fetoprotein, carbohydrate antigen 125, carcinoembryonic antigen and gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase were detected. The results showed that the positive rates of carbohydrate antigen 199, alpha-fetoprotein, carbohydrate antigen 125, carcinoembryonic antigen and gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase were 64.0%, 69.0%, 50.0%, 82.0% and 72.0%, respectively. In the control group, only 3 cases were positive for alpha-fetoprotein, that is, the detection rate was 6.0%, and the other indexes were 0.0%, which indicated that the detection of tumor biomarkers by chemiluminescence immunoassay was significant.
