摘要
粉末静电喷涂技术最初用于金属防腐蚀、电器绝缘等方面,随着粉末静电喷涂工艺的不断发展及新粉末涂料不断出现,近些年在装饰性涂装上的应用十分广泛。本文概述了铝合金静电粉末喷涂技术发展现状及特点,对其喷涂工艺进行了分析,并剖析了静电粉末喷涂技术的影响因素,为认识铝合金型材的静电粉末涂料技术提供一定帮助。
Powder electrostatic spraying technology was originally used for metal corrosion protection, electrical insulation, etc. With the continuous development of powder electrostatic spraying technology and the emergence of new powder coatings, in recent years, the application of decorative coating is very extensive. This paper analyzes the development status and characteristics of aluminum alloy electrostatic powder coating technology, analyzes its spraying process, and analyzes the factors affecting electrostatic powder coating technology on this basis. It is a deep understanding of the electrostatic powder coating technology of aluminum alloy profiles.
