心房颤动冷冻球囊消融的临床应用进展

Advances on clinical application of cryoballoon in ablation for atrial fibrillation

目前冷冻球囊消融是心房颤动消融领域的一项新技术。大量的临床研究已证实冷冻球囊消融治疗阵发性心房颤动的有效性及安全性,但仍需要大样本前瞻性临床研究以评估其对持续性心房颤动的远期疗效,从而进一步明确冷冻球囊消融治疗心房颤动的真正获益人群。本文主要从适应证、有效性、安全性、优势、远期疗效、局限性及手术操作要点等方面,对冷冻球囊消融的临床应用及研究进展进行综述。

Currently, cryoballoon ablation has been a new technique in the field of atrial fibrillation ablation.Although its effectiveness and safety among patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation have been verified by a large number of clinical researches, large-sample prospective clinical studies are still needed to assess its long-term efficacy on those with persistent atrial fibrillation in order to further confirm the virtually beneficial population.This paper reviews the literatures of clinical application and research advances of cryoballoon ablation from the aspects of its indications, effectiveness, safety, superiority, long-term effectiveness, limitations, key points of operation and so forth.
