Special atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia

房室结折返性心动过速(atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia,AVNRT)是一类常见的室上性心动过速。目前,对AVNRT发生机制的研究比较深入,临床上采用射频消融术可以取得较好的疗效。除了常见的慢-快型,尚有多种特殊类型的AVNRT。它们的发病机制、临床表现各异,射频消融靶点也与经典AVNRT不同。本文介绍一部分特殊类型的AVNRT。

Atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) is a common type of supraventricular tachycardia.At present, its mechanism and radiofrequency ablation achieves good clinical efficacy.Besides common slow-fast AVNRT, there are various special types of AVNRT, which are different from each other in the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations.Ablation target also varies from slow-fast AVNRT to classical type.This paper introduces a part of AVNRT with special types.
