摘要
民用航空发动机在飞机飞行过程中,内涵道气路部件不可避免地会吸入空气中的污染物,在叶片表面和边缘形成污垢。为了分析附着的污染物成分,对国航的两架飞机发动机进行在翼清洗并收集废液,用扫描电镜和能谱仪对污垢完成组织形貌观察和成分分析,得到主要附着物的成分及粒径范围,为颗粒物的积垢仿真做基础。并通过仿真实验对颗粒物的入射速度和动叶转速对积垢的形成影响进行探索,获得颗粒物在叶片表面的沉积规律,为航空发动机在翼清洗打下理论基础。
During the civil aircraft flights, the pollutants in the air are inevitably inhaled in the components in the gas path of an aero-engine, forming dirt on the blades surfaces and edges. In order to analyze the attached contaminants, the on-line washing liquid was collected in the process of cleaning the two aircraft engines. The cleaning dirt’s morphology and components were respectively observed and analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS) in order to obtain the main attached components and the particle size range to build a foundation for the simulation of the particle deposition. Dirt sediment were affected by the factors of the particles incident velocity and the compressors rotating speed that were explored through simulation experiments. The particles sediment rule can be attained on the blades surface, which can provide the theoretical basis for the aircraft on-line washing.
