摘要
就接触式点胶阀在喷涂胶液保护膜时,在保护膜中存在气泡或真空包,胶水在低压环境中析出气体等质量问题,提出设置压力反馈回路,改变进胶方式,加大进胶管直径,提高阀室内工作压力等解决方案,创新设计了一款新型接触式点胶阀。应用结果表明:新型接触式点胶阀具有控胶迅速准确,出胶连贯性好,不形成气泡或真空包,具有广泛的推广应用价值。
When the contact type glue valve is used to spray protective film of the glue liquid, there are quality problems, like bubbles or vacuum packages in the protective film, and gas precipitated from glue in low pressure. Therefore, the solutions are put forward by designing a pressure feedback loop, changing the way of feeding, increasing the diameter of the rubber pipe and improving the working pressure of the valve and so on. A creative type of contact valve was designed. The application results show that the new contact valve has the characteristics of rapid and accurate glue control, good consistency and no bubble or vacuum package, which has wide application value.
