摘要 以山地农机行走系统中的热交换阀为研究对象,研究热交换阀的工作原理,分析不同的系统工况;搭建闭式回路AMESim仿真模型,仿真分析山地农机不同工况下热交换阀压力、流量的变化特性,并分析了不同工况下热交换阀的流量,为山地农机行走系统的热交换阀参数匹配提供了理论依据。 This paper studies the working principle of the heat exchange valve and analyzes the different working conditions. Construct the closed circuit AMESim simulation model. The simulation analysis the change characteristics of pressure and flow rate of heat exchange valve under different working conditions. Through the simulation provides a theoretical basis for the matching of the heat exchange valves of the mountain agricultural machine walking system.
