白酒生产加工过程中自动控制方法的研究

摘要 为了提高白酒生产加工的自动控制能力,提出基于多任务联合驱动的电子监控下白酒生产加工的自动控制方法。构建生产加工任务下的白酒生产加工的自动控制模型,采用主特征支配集分簇调度方法进行白酒生产加工的流水线集成管理,建立白酒生产加工控制的分布式任务调配模型。采用时滞二自由度Smith微分方程进行白酒生产加工的优化控制目标函数构建,结合模糊参数调节方法实现对白酒生产过程中的状态参数自适应误差修正,采用多任务联合驱动建设方法实现对电子监控下白酒生产加工的自动控制优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行电子监控下白酒生产加工的自动控制的稳定性较好,自适应控制能力较强,提高了白酒生产加工的效率和质量。 In order to improve the automatic control level in Baijiu production process, the automatic control method by multi-task joint-drive electronic monitoring was put forward. The automatic control model was constructed. The main characteristic dominance cluster scheduling method was adopted to integrate the pipeline management of Baijiu production process, and the distributed task allocation models of Baijiu production process were established. The optimal control objective function of Baijiu processing under electronic monitoring was constructed by using two degrees of freedom Smith differential method with time delay, the adaptive error correction of state parameters in Baijiu production was realized by means of fuzzy parameter adjustment method, and the automatic control optimization was achieved by using multi-task joint-drive construction method. The simulation results showed that, the automatic control method by electronic monitoring had good stability and strong self-adaptive control capability, which could improve the efficiency and quality of Baijiu production.
