摘要
依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和GB/T 27411—2012《检测实验室中常用不确定度评定方法与表示》两个不确定度相关标准,对GB 5009.15—2014《食品安全国家标准食品中镉的测定》中原子吸收分光光度计石墨炉法测定食品中镉含量的测量不确定度进行评定,根据原子吸收分光光度计石墨炉法测定食品中镉含量的分析方法,建立数学模型,找出检测过程中影响结果的不确定度分量来源并进行评定分析,最终得出不确定度评定结果。
According to the related provisions of the uncertainties in JJF 1059.1-2012 and GB/T 27411-2012, the uncertainties in the determination of cadmium content in food by graphite furnace method with atomic absorption spectrophotometer in GB 5009.15-2014 were evaluated, the mathematical model was established, and the source of the uncertainty component influencing the determination results was found out, and finally the evaluation results were obtained.
