中国白酒及其酿造历史、技艺、文化等,以其具有悠久的历史和博大精深的蕴涵而在世界酒及酒文化之林中占有一席之地,独领风骚。中国白酒文化蕴涵丰富,自成体系,具有独特的文化价值。地处江淮名酒带的酒地阜阳自古素有"名酒之乡"的美誉,金种子"醉三秋"酒作为当地典型的浓香型白酒,起源于魏晋年间,发展于唐宋时期,具有悠久的历史文化底蕴。在不断的传承与开拓创新过程中,金种子"醉三秋"酒形成了其独特的历史文化、酿造技艺及其产品价值。本文从金种子"醉三秋"酒的历史起源及传说、酿造技艺的传承与创新、产品文化与理念等方面,阐述了金种子"醉三秋"酒的内涵和产品价值,以期为中国白酒及其文化研究提供借鉴。

Chinese Baijiu, as well as its brewing history, technology and culture etc., play important roles worldwide due to their long history and profound backgrounds. Chinese Baijiu has created a system of its own and it has unique cultural values. Fuyang, located in Jianghuai region, has a reputation of birthplace of famous Baijiu. Jinzhongzi Zuisanqiu Liquor is a local representative of Nongxiang Baijiu. It originated in Wei & Jin Dynasty and developed during Tang & Song Dynasty. With the continuous development and innovation, it has formed its unique culture, processing techniques and product values. In this paper, the origin and the development of Jinzhongzi Zuisanqiu Liquor, the inheritance and innovation of its production techniques, and its culture and values were elaborated to provide useful reference for the research on Chinese Baijiu and Baijiu culture.
