摘要
档案执法的效率问题,关乎我国档案法治建设的实际发展情况,对发展过程当中的问题进行研究,有利于全面提高档案法制工作的建设水平。基于此,本文主要分析提高档案行政执法效果的重要性,并分析目前档案行政执法过程当中存在的问题,针对这些问题,分析优化行政执法效果的有效路径。
The efficiency of archives law enforcement is related to the actual development of China's archival law construction.Studying the problems in the development process is conducive to comprehensively improving the construction level of archives legal system.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the importance of improving the effect of archives administrative law enforcement,and analyzes the problems existing in the current administrative law enforcement of archives.Based on these problems,it analyzes the effective path of optimizing the effect of administrative law enforcement.
