摘要
在“L型经济”新常态下,习近平总书记提出设立科创板并试点注册制,助推我国中小科创企业的发展,构建多层次的资本市场体系。本文通过对我国资本市场现行基础性制度的研究,分析科创板的发展前景,以期对我国科创板的未来发展有所启发。
Under the new normal of"L-shaped economy",General Secretary Xi proposed to set up a scientific innovation board and pilot a registration system to boost the development of China's small and medium-sized science and innovation enterprises and build a multi-level capital mar.ket system.Based on the research on the current basic system of China's capital market,this pa.per analyzed the development prospect of scientific innovation board,hoping to inspire the fu.ture development of China's scientific innovation board.
