科技与金融相结合是推动河南省实体经济发展的有力保障,科技产业与现代金融业在社会中相互影响、相互交融,如何促进两者的有机结合是发展的关键所在。河南省正在进行的科技金融融资平台建设已取得初步成效,针对其中存在的科技型中小企业融资难以及涉企资金基金化改革进入瓶颈期等问题,可采取创新发展模式、管控发展风险、完善监管体系的方式,多管齐下,保障科技金融的整体融合与发展。

The combination of technology and finance is a powerful guarantee for promoting the de.velopment of the real economy in Henan Province.The technology industry and the modern fi.nancial industry interact and integrate with each other in society.How to promote the organic combination of the two is the key to the development.The construction of science and technology financing platform in Henan Province has achieved initial results.In view of the problems such as the financing difficulties of technology-based SMEs and the bottleneck period of funding re.form of enterprises-related capitals,we may adopt innovative development models,manage and control development risks and improve supervision system to ensure the overall integration and development of technology finance.
