大学生领导能力、创业自我效能感和创业社会支持对创业意愿的影响研究——基于计划行为理论和社会认知理论

Research on the Influence of College Students’ Leadership Ability, Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy and Entrepreneurial Social Support on Entrepreneurial Intention——based on Planned Behavior Theory and Social Cognition Theory

推进“大众创业、万众创新”是发展的动力之源,也是富民之道、公平之计、强国之策。经济新常态背景下,创业承载着时代精神、引领着时代潮流,一个“大众创业、万众创新”的时代正迎面而来。一些高校和学者开始意识到培养大学生创业意愿的重要性,但是如何提高创业意愿对于大多数高校来说还在探索,因而研究影响创业意愿的因素就显得尤为重要。本文基于计划行为理论和社会认知理论研究领导能力、创业自我效能感和社会支持对大学生创业意愿的影响及其作用机理。基于191个大学生样本的实证研究表明:领导能力正向影响创业意愿,创业自我效能感在领导能力与创业意愿之间具有中介作用,创业社会支持在创业自我效能感和创业意愿的调节效应不显著。该结论对于高校提升大学生创业意愿的实践有理论借鉴意义。

promoting"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"is not only the driving source of de.velopment,but also the way to enrich the people,the way for fairness and the strategy for power.ful country.Against the background of the new normal of economy,entrepreneurship bears the spirit of the times and leads the trend of the times.An era of“mass entrepreneurship and innova.tion”is coming.Some universities and scholars begin to realize the importance of cultivating the entrepreneurial intention of college students.However,how to improve the entrepreneurial inten.tion is still being explored for most universities,so it is particularly important to study the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention.Based on planned behavior theory and social cognition theory,this paper studied the influences of leadership,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and social support on college students'entrepreneurial intention and its mechanism.The empirical re.search based on 191 college students showed that leadership ability positively influenced entre.preneurial intention,entrepreneurial self-efficacy played an intermediary role between leader.ship ability and entrepreneurial intention,and entrepreneurial social support had no significant moderating effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.This conclusion has theoretical reference significance for the practice of improving the entrepreneurial intention of college students.
