摘要
1Cr25Ni20Si2不锈钢由于自身成分的特性,在连铸浇铸时,易在振痕处产生横向裂纹。通过对自振式结晶器振痕处裂纹产生的机理进行分析,在生产实践中通过降低拉速,减小振幅以及提升振频等振动参数的调整。有效的消除了1Cr25Ni20Si2等耐热不锈钢连铸坯振痕处的横向裂纹。
The transverse cracks of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 stainless steel can be generated easily at the oscillation mark during continuous casting process.The generation mechanism of self-oscillating mold at the oscillation mark is analyzed;the transverse cracks of 1Cr25Ni20Si2 stainless steel and the other heat-resistance stainless steel can be removed effectively at the production practice through reducing the casting speed,reducing amplitude and increasing frequency and the other vibration parameter adjustment.
