新疆部分地区马衣原体感染的血清学调查 被引量:2

Serological investigation of equine Chlamydia infection in some areas of Xinjiang province

摘要 为了解新疆地区马衣原体病的流行现状和特点,本研究于2013年~2016年从新疆伊宁、阿勒泰、巴州、第六师、乌鲁木齐市及昌吉州等地收集826份马血清样品,采用间接血凝试验(IHA)进行衣原体抗体检测,对不同品种、性别、饲养方式及地域来源马的衣原体抗体阳性率进行统计分析。结果显示,2013年~2016年,马衣原体抗体阳性率依次为0、2.41%、7.30%和3.19%,平均阳性率为4.26%。其中,纯血马、焉耆马、哈萨克马和伊犁马衣原体抗体阳性率分别为8.98%、3.13%、4.23%和1.52%;公马与母马衣原体抗体阳性率分别为41.90%和2.30%;伊宁、阿勒泰、巴州、第六师、乌鲁木齐市和昌吉州马衣原体抗体阳性率分别为2.56%、28.6%、3.13%、0、1.71%和4.00%;不同品种、性别和地域间马衣原体感染率差异显著(p<0.05)。纯血种公马衣原体抗体阳性率显著高于母马(p<0.05);规模化养殖场马阳性率低于散养马,并且引进马中衣原体阳性率显著高于本土马。本研究提示在马匹引种过程中,检疫部门应该酌情开展衣原体的感染检测,对促进马产业健康发展具有重要意义。 To investigate the epidemic status and characteristics of equine Chlamydia disease in Xinjiang,this study collected 826 samples of equine sera from Yining,Altay,Bazhou,Sixth Division,Wulumuqi and Changji from 2013 to 2016.Indirect hemagglutination test(IHA)was performed to detect Chlamydia antibody.Statistical analysis of the positive rate of equine Chlamydia antibody in different varieties,genders,feeding methods and regions.The results showed that from 2013 to 2016,the positive rate of Chlamydia antibody were 0,2.41%,7.30%and 3.19%,the average positive rate of Chlamydia antibody was 4.26%.The positive rate of Thoroughbredhorse,Yanqi horse,Hasakehorse and Yilihorsewere 8.98%,3.13%,4.23%and 1.52%,respectively.The positive detection rate of stallion and mare were 41.90%and 2.30%,respectively.The detection rate of Yining,Altay,Bazhou,The Sixth Division,Wulumuqi and Changji were 2.56%,28.6%,3.13%,0,1.71%and 4.00%,respectively.There were significant differences in Chlamydia infection rate among different breeds,genders and geographical sources(p<0.05).The antibody positive rates of Chlamydia in purebred stallions was significantly higher than that in mare(p<0.05).The antibody positive rates of Chlamydia in large-scale farming horses was singificantly lower than that of free-range horses(p<0.05).The antibody positive rates of Chlamydia in Xinjiang native species was also significantly lower than that of introduced variety(p<0.05).It is suggested that during the introduction of horses,the quarantine department should conduct detection of Chlamydia infection as appropriate,which is of great significance to promote the healthy development of horse production.
