摘要
直流电流注入交流变压器会引起异常振动,以实际检测到的220kV变压器噪声数据为基础,提取直流偏磁振动噪声频谱特征,对其振动机理进行理论分析。从设计可靠性、数据检测、噪声声级修正等方面对运行数据进行分析,得到噪声声级增加与直流电流、噪声频谱与直流偏磁噪声典型频谱关系,并给出直流偏磁限制措施与整改建议。
The abnormal vibration can be caused by DC bias current injected into AC transformers.The frequency spectrum characteristics of DC bias magnetic vibration noise are extracted and its vibration mechanism is analyzed theoretically based on the noise data of 220 kV transformer monitored in practice.The operating data are analyzed from the aspects of design reliability,data detection and noise level correction.The relationship between noise level and DC current,noise spectrum and typical DC bias noise spectrum are obtained.The regulation and modification suggestions of DC bias noise are given.
