摘要
为推动梯次利用电池储能在主动配网中的应用,提高光伏等可再生能源就地消纳能力,研制样机并开展挂网试验,基于试验数据进行应用研究。分析梯次利用电池储能工作原理,提出动态重构拓扑结构及控制策略,研制30 kWh系统样机。构建梯次利用电池储能应用分析框架,量化评估其对平抑功率波动、提高光伏消纳的作用及对并网点电压、谐波含量的影响。在某典型高光伏渗透率主动配电网中,进行为期10天挂网试验,采集样机运行及并网点电气量数据。挂网试验和应用分析结果表明:梯次利用电池储能具有良好的运行性能,能够平抑波动、提高光伏消纳、延缓配网设备升级,为其在主动配电网中大规模应用提供参考。
In order to promote the second use of retired power battery in the active distribution network(ADN)and improve the accommodation of solar energy,a second-life battery energy storage system(SLBESS)prototype is developed and an on-line test is carried out for application analysis.The operating principle of SLBESS is analyzed and a dynamic reconfigurable topology and control strategy are proposed for the 30 kWh prototype SLBESS.An application analysis frame is established,where the abilities of fluctuation suppression and PV absorption and the impacts on voltage and harmonic of network connection point(NCP)are assessed.A 10-day on-line test is conducted in a typical ADN with high PV penetration.The real-time states of SLBESS and NCP are monitored and collected.The results of the on-line test and application analysis show that good performance of the prototype SLBESS.The typical design objectives including power fluctuations suppression,improved solar energy accommodation and extended electrical equipment life-span are satisfied.This work provides a good demonstration for the large-scale application of SLBESS in ADN.
