门式起重机行走机构制动方式的改进

摘要 门式起重机(以下简称门机)是水电站坝上不可缺少的起重设备,承担着启闭闸门的工作。但门机行走机构在实际运行过程中存在一些不足与隐患,在一定程度上影响着门机的安全运行。本文以丰满大坝重建工程中引进的2×1250kN/55m双向门机为例,简要介绍了门机行走机构的制动方式及制动原理,分析目前门机常用的制动方案,并详细阐述了门机制动性能对门机安全运行的影响。 Gantry crane is an indispensable lifting equipment on the dam of hydropower station which undertakes the work of opening and closing the gate.However,there are some deficiencies and hidden dangers in the actual operation of the gantry crane which affects the safe operation of Gantry Crane to a certain extent.Taking the 2×1 250kN/55m two-way Gantry Crane introduced in the Fengman dam reconstruction project as an example,this paper briefly introduces the braking mode and braking principle of the crane in the door,analyzes the common braking scheme of the door machine,and elaborates on it.The impact of the door brake performance on the safe operation of the door machine.
