摘要
为加强城市地下管线建设管理,保障城市安全运行,提高城市综合承载能力和城镇化发展质量,重庆市启动地下管线综合管理信息系统建设。文章分析了系统数据库建设的内容和组织结构,对系统设计中的主要功能模块进行了详细阐述,并对涉及的单点登录、反向代理等关键技术进行了说明。系统的建成实现了管网数据统一管理和共享,为城市规划、建设、管理以及应急抢险提供服务,并指明下一步发展方向。
In order to strengthen the management of urban underground pipeline construction,ensure the safe operation of the city,improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of the city and the quality of urbanization,the construction of integrated management information system for underground pipelines of Chongqing was started. This paper analyzes the content and organization structure of the system database construction,expounds the main functional modules in the system design,and explains the key technologies such as single sign on and reverse proxy. The completion of the system has realized the unified management and sharing of underground pipeline data,and provided service for urban planning,construction,management and emergency rush repair,and pointed out the development direction of the next step.
