This paper introduces the design and implementation of the life cycle database construction of Wuhan urban underground pipeline status data,planning management data and construction management data in detail. The database construction provides a complete,comprehensive and systematic data guarantee for the establishment of comprehensive information platform of underground pipeline life cycle,and which can better satisfy the work of urban underground pipeline planning,construction and supervision.
