党的十八大以来,积极稳妥推进新型城镇化和全面落实深化改革已成为全国上下所关注的焦点。铜陵市作为安徽省“多规合一”试点城市之一,积极展开“多规合一”的相关研究工作,通过优化建设项目行政审批流程,编制一张“蓝图”和建设“多规合一”数据库,开发“多规合一”信息平台,真正实现了建设项目全过程联合审批,大大提高了审批效率,为政府推进简政放权改革奠定了基础。

Since the eighteenth Party’s Congress,actively and steadily promoting the new urbanization and fully implementing the deepening reform has become the focus of attention all over the country. As one of the “multiple plans integration” pilot cities in Anhui,Tongling has actively launched the related research work of “multiple plans integration”. By optimizing the administrative examination and approval process of the construction project,a “blueprint” and “multi regulation” database are compiled and the information platform of “multiple regulations and integration ” is developed. The joint approval of the whole process of construction projects has been truly realized,and the efficiency of examination and approval has been greatly improved. This has laid the foundation for the government to push forward the reform of decentralization.
