广州市测绘应急保障体系研究与建设

Construction of Surveying and Mapping Emergency Support System in Guangzhou

测绘应急保障为突发公共事件提供高精度空间数据和应急地理信息服务,是贯穿突发公共事件预防、处置和恢复全过程的基础。论文研究并构建了广州市应急测绘保障体系,建立了航空应急测绘、应急现场勘查、应急测绘快速集成处理和应急地理信息综合服务系统,开展了应急保障演练,验证了广州市测绘应急保障体系的先进性,应对突发公共事件的反应速度和响应能力。

In order to meet the needs of surveying and mapping geographic information services for public emergencies,the research on Guangzhou emergency survey and mapping support system was carried out. In this research,Surveying and Mapping Emergency Plan in Guangzhou was work out,and then built the aviation emergency surveying and mapping,emergency site survey,emergency mapping and rapid integration processing and emergency geography. Lastly,emergency surveying exercises were carried out to provide high-precision spatial data and emergency geographic information services for public emergencies. The exercises validated the advancement of Guangzhou surveying and mapping emergency support system,and the response speed and response ability to public emergencies.
