我国房地产测绘的研究现状(1991-2017)——基于CNKI的文献计量与内容分析

The Research States of Real Estate Surveying in China( 1991-2017)——Content Analysis and Literature Measurement Based on CNKI

以1991年~2017年CNKI中“房地产测绘”相关的文献为分析样本,通过文献计量法,分析27年来我国在房地产测绘方面的研究,透视其研究概况及研究趋势;运用内容分析法,概括房地产测绘的研究主题。分析表明:房地产测绘的研究分为政策与市场研究和技术应用研究两大类,并细化为问题对策研究、技术手段以及质量管理等核心议题。目前测绘新技术的应用和不同测绘成果数据的共享与分析的研究是房地产测绘的热点发展方向。

It took the literature related to “real estate surveying and mapping” in CNKI from1991 to2017 as the analysis sample. Through literature measurement,it was analyzed that the research on real estate surveying and mapping in China in the past27 years. The research overview and research trend were analyzed. Content analysis was used to summarize the research subject of real estate surveying. The analysis shows that could be divided into two categories:policy and market research and technology application research. It was also detailed into the problem countermeasures research,technical means and quality management and other issues. At present,the application of new surveying technology and the research on the sharing and analysis of different surveying results are the hot development direction of real estate surveying.
