现代档案学自新中国成立后的建设和发展,同各方面的推动力量密切相关。任何一门学科的发展都受到内、外两方面的影响。文章通过回顾档案学科在我国的发展,提出由档案工作实践、自身学科建设等方面构成的学科发展的内部驱动力;与国家对档案价值认知变迁、社会利用需求特点、外国档案学理论的引入与国内档案学的交流融合等因素,所构筑的外驱力的共同作用下,使得档案学实现了跨越式的发展。
