区块链技术应用于档案管理的SWOT分析

档案作为社会资源的重要组成部分,其安全性、完整性和真实性受到了各行各业的重视。而区块链技术的快速发展及广泛应用,给档案管理带来发展机遇的同时也带来了风险。本文从区块链技术的内涵和关键技术出发,运用SWOT分析法,对区块链技术应用在档案管理中的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析,并在此基础上进一步提出多种发展策略,最大限度地发挥优势,规避劣势,抓住机遇,迎接挑战。旨在为“区块链+档案”的相关理论和实践应用提供可参考的价值观点,大幅度提高档案的耦合性,使档案深度参与社会活动。

Archives as an important part of social resources,its security,integrity and authenticity has been paid attention to by all walks of life.The rapid development and wide application of block chain technology not only brings opportunities for the development of archives management,but also brings risks.Based on the connotation and key technologies of block chain,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of block chain technology in file management by using SWOT analysis method,and further puts forward a variety of development strategies to maximize advantages,avoid disadvantages,seize opportunities and meet challenges.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference value point for the relevant theory and practical application of"block chain+archives",to greatly improve the coupling of archives,and to make archives deeply participate in social activities.
