紧邻基坑双曲砖拱建筑物复合保护技术研究

摘要 基坑施工易造成周边建筑物损伤破坏,紧邻基坑的建筑物保护技术的研究可以为城市地下空间开发建设提供重要的工程技术指导。文章以某重要双曲砖拱建筑为例,提出了基于深基坑施工全过程的建筑物复合保护技术,根据监测数据研究了地下工程施工对周边土体及建筑物的影响规律,并对复合保护技术的有效性进行了验证。结果表明:在复合保护技术支持下,基坑施工产生的建筑物差异沉降约为3 mm,满足差异沉降控制指标;复合保护技术中桁架式内支撑支护体系和精细回灌技术分别较好地控制了土体变形和地下水位的动态平衡,在紧邻基坑双曲砖拱建筑保护中发挥了重要作用。 Foundation pit construction is easy to cause damage to surrounding buildings and the study of the protection technology of buildings adjacent to the foundation pit can provide important engineering technical guidance for the development and construction of urban underground space.Taking an important hyperbolic brick arch building as an example,this paper puts forward the building composite protection technology based on the whole construction process of deep foundation pit.According to the monitoring data,the influence rule of underground construction on surrounding soil and buildings is studied and the effectiveness of composite protection technology is verified.The results show that:With the support of composite protection technology,the differential settlement of buildings generated by foundation pit construction is about 3 mm,which meets the differential settlement control standard;The trussed internal support system and fine recharge technology of composite protection technology can control soil deformation and the dynamic balance of groundwater level,play an important role in the protection of the hyperbolic brick arch building adjacent to the foundation pit.
