多功能可调谐超宽带陷波天线设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 超宽带陷波天线能有效避免与现有无线信号的干扰,可满足现代无线通信天线小型化、宽频带以及多服务的要求,在宽带物联接入及移动通信领域内具有良好的实用性和广阔的应用前景。文章概述了超宽带陷波天线结构与工作原理,利用全波仿真软件HFSS进行设计并实现其超宽带特性、陷波特性、可调谐功能,通过矢量网络分析仪对微带天线实物进行测试,并与仿真数据相比较。结果表明:所设计的天线在3.1~10.6 GHz内回波损耗<-10 dB,电压驻波比基本<2,发射效率>50%;利用矩形环贴片结构实现宽频带特性,在矩形环内引入寄生谐振单元抑制特定频段天线的辐射特性,改变寄生谐振单元的尺寸,可实现特定频段内的陷波特性。 To meet the requirements of miniaturization,broadband and multi-service of modern wireless communication antenna,a multi-functional tunable Ultra-Wide Band notch antenna is designed and fabricated.The designed antenna can effectively avoid interference with the existing wireless signals,which has good practicability and wide application prospect in the field of wideband internet access and mobile communication.A rectangular ring patch structure is first used to generate an ultra-wideband antenna with a return loss below-10 dB in 3.1-10.6 GHz and good radiation characteristics.Furthermore,the radiation of the antenna at the specific frequency band is suppressed by introducing a parasitic resonance unit into the rectangular ring,by which the notch effect generates.The performances of the notch antenna are also analyzed by changing the parameters of the parasitic resonance unit.Finally,the designed antenna is etched and tested,and the measured results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
