不同类型前置胎盘对妊娠结局分析

Analysis of pregnancy outcomes in different types of placenta previa

目的探讨不同类型前置胎盘对妊娠结局的影响。方法2018年1月~2019年1月期间,随机抽取来我院治疗的150例前置胎盘患者作为此次研究对象,其中包括50例边缘性前置胎盘患者,50例部分性前置胎盘患者以及50例完全性前置胎盘患者。比较三组患者妊娠结局是否存在差异。结果三组患者在产前出血、产后出血、产后输血、胎盘植入、子宫切除以及早产发生率中具有显著差异,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三组患者在产前出血、产后出血、产后输血、胎盘植入、子宫切除以及早产发生率中具有显著差异,且边缘性前置胎盘发生上述结局的发生率小于部分性前置胎盘小于完全性前置胎盘。

Objective To investigate the pregnancy outcome of different types of placenta previa.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,150 patients with placenta previa were randomly selected as the study subjects,including 50 marginal placenta previa patients,50 partial placenta previa patients and 50 complete placenta previa patients.To compare the difference of pregnancy outcomes among the three groups.Results There were significant differences in the incidence of prenatal hemorrhage,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum blood transfusion,placenta implantation,hysterectomy and premature delivery among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in the incidence of prenatal hemorrhage,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum blood transfusion,placenta implantation,hysterectomy and premature delivery among the three groups,and the incidence of marginal placenta previa is higher than that of partial placenta previa.
