评估气囊仿生助产护理在促进初产妇自然分娩中的应用效果

目的探讨气囊仿生助产护理对促进初产妇自然分娩的应用价值。方法选取本院2019年1月~2019年3月接收的初孕产妇62例作为研究对象,根据护理方案的不同将其分为传统组与分析组。传统组行常规性分娩护理,分析组在常规性分娩护理基础上行气囊仿生助产护理,观察两组初孕产妇经不同护理后的效果。结果分析组自然分娩率93.54%高于传统组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组新生儿在1min,5min的APgar评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组初孕产妇的产后并发症总发生率9.69%明显低于传统组的32.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组初孕产妇1d内的乳汁分泌率为19.35%高于传统组的3.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规性分娩护理的基础上对初孕产妇进行气囊仿生助产护理,不仅能够进一步提高其自然分娩率,优化新生儿健康状况,并且还有利于在最小化产后并发症发生率的同时加快其母乳分泌速度,有效促进母婴健康,值得临床大力借鉴与推广。

Objective To exPlore the aPPlication value of bionic midwifery nursing with balloon in Promoting natural delivery of PrimiPara.Methods 62 cases of PrimiPara received in our hosPital from January 2019 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into traditional grouP and analysis grouP according to different nursing schemes.The traditional grouP received routine childbirth care,while the analysis grouP received bionic midwifery with balloon on the basis of routine childbirth care.The effect of different nursing care was observed in the two grouPs.Results The natural delivery rate in the analysis grouP was 93.54%higher than 74.19%in the traditional grouP,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The APgar score of newborns in the analysis grouP was higher than that in the traditional grouP at 1 min and 5 min,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The total incidence of PostPartum comPlications in the analysis grouP was 9.69%,which was significantly lower than 32.26%in the traditional grouP,the difference was significant(P<0.05);The milk secretion rate in the analysis grouP was 19.35%within 1 day,which was higher than 3.23%in the traditional grouP,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine childbirth nursing,bionic airbag midwifery for PrimiPara can not only further imProve their natural childbirth rate and oPtimize the health status of newborns,but also helP to minimize the incidence of PostPartum comPlications and accelerate the sPeed of breast milk secretion,effectively Promote maternal and infant health,which is worthy of clinical reference and Promotion.
