试论妇产科临床中阴道流血的病因及诊疗措施

Discussion on the causes, diagnosis and treatment of vaginal bleeding in the clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology

目的对妇产科临床中阴道流血的病因及诊疗措施进行论述。方法选取2017年9月~2019年3月在本院妇产科接收的阴道流血疾病治疗患者200例,分为对照组与实验组,对照组用常规消炎止血药治疗,实验组采用常规消炎止血药,再利用妇康宝口服液治疗。对两组患者阴道流血病因及诊疗措施进行对比。结果病因:妊娠出血70例(35.00%),非孕期阴道流血110例(55.00%),身体创伤出血10例(5.00%),身体性疾病引发出血6例(3.00%),其他病因引起4例(2.00%)。疗效:实验组治疗总有效率98.00%,对照组74.00%结论妇产科阴道流血治疗需对病因进行准确诊断,采取对症诊疗措施,其中妇康宝口服液能够促进患者疾病更好恢复,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To discuss the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of vaginal bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 200 patients with vaginal bleeding received in our hospital from September 2017 to March 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with routine antiinflammatory and hemostatic drugs,while the experimental group was treated with routine anti-inflammatory and hemostatic drugs,and then with Fukangbao oral liquid.The causes of vaginal bleeding and the measures of diagnosis and treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The causes of bleeding were 70 cases(35.00%)of pregnancy bleeding,110 cases(55.00%)of non-pregnancy vaginal bleeding,10 cases(5.00%)of body trauma bleeding,6 cases(3.00%)of body diseases bleeding,and 4 cases(2.00%)of other causes.Therapeutic effect:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.00%,while that of the control group was 74.00%.Conclusion The etiology of vaginal bleeding in obstetrics and Gynecology should be accurately diagnosed and symptomatic diagnosis and treatment measures should be taken.Fukangbao oral liquid can promote better recovery of patients'diseases,and is worthy of wide application in clinic.
