阿奇霉素联合脂溶性维生素对小儿支原体肺炎的效果及不良反应分析

Effects and adverse effects of azithromycin combined with fat soluble vitamin on mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的分析阿奇霉素联合脂溶性维生素对小儿支原体肺炎的效果及不良反应发生率。方法将我院收治的50例支原体肺炎患儿纳入研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组接受阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合脂溶性维生素静脉滴注治疗,观察对比治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组治疗有效率优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,患儿咳嗽消失时间短于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前,两组血清CRP水平比较P>0.05;治疗后,观察组血清CRP水平低于对照组P<0.05。结论在支原体肺炎患儿的治疗中,应用阿奇霉素联合脂溶性维生素具有更好的临床疗效,可有效改善患儿炎性因子水平,提高治疗有效率,缩短患儿咳嗽症状消失的时间,且不良反应发生率较低,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of azithromycin combined with fat-soluble vitamin on mycoplasma pneumonia in children and the incidence of adverse reactions.Methods 50 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital were included in the study and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with intravenous drip of fat-soluble vitamins on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,the effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the disappearance time of cough in the children was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,serum CRP levels of the two groups were compared by P>0.05.After treatment,serum CRP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,azithromycin combined with liposoluble vitamins has better clinical efficacy,can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors in children,improve the treatment efficiency,shorten the time for the disappearance of cough symptoms in children,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
